Warda El-Basha’s professional journey is a story of discovering where passion meets purpose and having the courage to build something of her own around it.

A graduate of the Faculty of Commerce at Cairo University, Warda has spent seven years building her experience in the event management industry. Throughout her career, she explored different professional experiences before discovering that event management was the field where her abilities, creativity, and passion came together naturally.

For Warda, events are about far more than planning and execution. They are about creating experiences, bringing ideas to life, connecting people, and paying attention to the details that turn an ordinary occasion into a memorable one. Her passion for the industry became the driving force behind her decision to take the next major step in her career: entrepreneurship.

She founded Cubes Events Management, an event management company established with a clear vision of becoming a distinctive name in the market. While the company is still in its early stages, Warda has approached its growth with the mindset of building something sustainable and meaningful rather than simply creating another business.

Her ambition is to establish Cubes Events Management as a brand recognized for professionalism, attention to detail, quality of service, and a different approach to event management. For her, building a successful company is not only about growth; it is about creating a reputation that reflects the standards and values behind the business.

Yet, Warda’s ambitions extend beyond the world of events and entrepreneurship.

As a mother of two daughters, she carries a strong personal belief in the potential of women and the importance of encouraging them to discover their own strengths. One of the messages she feels most passionate about is the idea that every woman should have the opportunity to discover what she is truly good at and what she genuinely loves.

Warda believes that people are not created without purpose. Everyone has something within them that they can excel at, but finding it may require patience, experimentation, failure, and the willingness to keep searching.

Her message to women is therefore deeply personal: never become discouraged by the process of finding your path. Your passion may not reveal itself immediately, and your first career choice may not necessarily be where you ultimately belong.
